Request Lessons
Please complete the form below to request lessons. This form replaces a phone interview and/or meeting before the first lesson. It provides the teacher with a quick overview of the student’s background and availability for a lesson time. Answers to most questions asked during a phone interview and/or meeting are covered in my studio policy. (Link will open in new window.)
A lesson time will be offered if there is an opening at one of the times requested by the student. The student will be emailed an invoice after confirming their lesson time. Payment of the invoice reserves the lesson time and covers the cost of three (3) trial lessons. Amount due on invoice will be the same as the monthly rate for the yearly tuition plan. All new students have three (3) trial lessons before committing to additional weekly lessons on the yearly tuition plan. Please be aware that studio policy is not reviewed or discussed during trial lessons. The purpose of trial lessons is to see how well the student and teacher work together.
Everyone participating in trial lessons is required to follow studio policy. Please read my studio policy before requesting lessons. (Links will open in a new window.)
